My Story
I grew up in the 90s with a father who had Type 1 Diabetes, and my own diagnosis with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) in 2006 meant my life has always been deeply intertwined with food and nutrition. For years, I was stuck in the "diet culture cycle," trying every popular quick fix and fad diet in hopes to find health. Those diets worked for a time, but they were never sustainable. Slowly, I began to realize that true health is not "one-size-fits-all" or "all-or-nothing," and it certainly isn't defined solely by a number on a scale.

In 2015, my journey took an unexpected turn when I joined a weight-loss clinic. While the environment was restrictive, I was in awe of the knowledge shared by the Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) on staff. I wasn't a typical patient; I was the "super nerdy" one who pushed them to use their expertise. I saw how much they wished they could do more for their clients, it was then I realized my own passion: to help people find their personal definition of health.
After years of research and a journey of my own, I discovered that becoming an RDN was the path for me. I began my studies at the University of Arizona, graduating with my Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science in 2024. I am currently in the Master of Nutrition and Dietetics program at Bluffton University and will graduate in May 2026! After obtaining my license, I plan to continue my education by working towards my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) credentials.

Empowering individuals to lead full, enriched lives by fostering a positive relationship with food and body, while discovering what works for them personally—this is my passion.

My Philosophy
GoodGlowFit Pillars
-
GOOD: Fostering a relationship with food & your body that truly feels GOOD. Embracing an "all foods fit" mindset challenges diet culture & replaces the stress of restriction with food freedom. This foundation allows you to feel good in your choices and in your skin, prioritizing your overall well-being above all else.
-
GLOW: A true glow is the outward reflection of being fully nourished. Prioritizing varied plates with nutrient diversity because fed is best—your body thrives when it is consistently & abundantly fueled. By celebrating diversity in both the foods you eat & the body you inhabit, creates a GLOW that radiates from the inside out.
-
FIT: True wellness isn't about fitting your life into a rigid box; it’s about finding a nutrition strategy that is a perfect FIT for your actual life. Combining evidence-based nutrition with your unique lived experiences, moves away from one-size-fits-all trends to honor your culture, your preferences, your choices, & your personal goals.
Our work together is a purposeful collaboration designed to ensure your habits are sustainable, enjoyable, and uniquely yours.
